Lead times
We aim to have all products dispatched to you within two working days of ordering. All of Jennifer Katherine products are hand made and bespoke. We will contact you if there will be any delays. Please do let us know if any order is needed urgently.
Postage
Shipping costs for UK and international shown at check out. Please note this is not inclusive of shipping customs. If customs fees apply, they are determined by location and added on delivery. If we are informed of any fees, we will update you before sending.
Returns
Due to all our products being made to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please do contact us on jennifer@jkbridal.co.uk
Quality and Care
All Jennifer Katherine products are hand made. If you treat them with care, they should stay in excellent condition. Please do keep your items in their original packaging boxes as we use acid free tissue to help preserve them.

Silk Ribbons
All silk ribbons are hand dyed and therefore there is always a risk of very slight colour variation.
​
Each batch of dye is tested vigorously - soaking wet against white material to make sure of no colour run. However, all are used at buyer's own discretion.
